  Off the northwest coast of Lombok, three small islands lie in clear, shallow water ringed by coral. A Gili island snorkeling tour links Gili Air, Gili Meno and Gili Trawangan in a single day, with boat transfers between each stop and time in the water at all three. Most day trips start with a pick up from accommodation and a short drive to the harbour on Lombok's north coast.
